It reads something like "Dear Book, Change Me, Thanks, Me". Can you be changed by something you go into with in agreement? Do you have to agree with some of the premise to ride the rest of the way?

I don't know how to conduct a scientific experiment with this data, but if I could (and I had more than five minutes a day within which to do it...) I would do this.

I'm curious. Am I predisposed to curiosity? Using an example out of fantasy, look at Terry Goodkind. The guy’s a condescending jerk to peers and fans alike and about as anti-feminist as you can get, and if you read fan message boards I’d say that most of his fans share philosophies.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4290475723451787293.post-23743295394441352322011-04-21T11:06:27.650-04:002011-04-21T11:06:27.650-04:00Weird, you are the second person in as many days t...Weird, you are the second person in as many days to write about Ayn Rand and the other was a knitter! I think there are lots of people predisposed to liking shit. All you have to do is take a look at the twilight fangirls.

I think we all write and read what we are predisposed to agree and take pleasure from. It's unfortunate that there is a large enough group concerned with the vainity of being super rich that we even bother talking about them. Let them have their money and their stuff, they will never be as happy as some of the people I know and love who have little but good friends, wonderful family, and a sense of passionate purpose.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
