Just heard from LCRW...

It's lookin' like I just sold "Death's Shed" to Lady Churchill's Rosebud Wristlet.

This makes me very happy, because that's one of my favorite little zines, and it's edited by one of my favorite short story writers (the dazzling Kelly Link).

Also, any volunteers want to do my dishes? Somebody needs to do my dishes, and it certainly isn't going to be me. Have you seen my dishes? That old chili bowl has become... unholy.

*shiver*

That is all for today.

Wow. How exciting! You sell a story, Phoebe gets a two book deal. I'm glad my writing friends are all successful and I can live vicariously through them for now.

I hate dishes too btw. We have someone at the sorority house that does them for us. I'm so spoiled and am very sad I have to move out in may. I want to be out of school but I don't want to go back to the reality of cooking for myself.

Congrats! But I won't do your dishes, sorry. I'm busy avoiding doing my own dishes.
