i won't tell you how i learned this today, but rest assured that if i thought a new bank would be less evil than the one i'm already stuck with, i'd switch banks.

OMG, don't even get me started about the evilness of banks! Seriously, don't get me started. Because I am almost to the point where I want to keep my money in a sock under the mattress rather than deal with any bank at all under any circumstances.
It's not like it would even make that much of a lump under the mattress, since the bank has managed to nibble away at MY money with every conceivable kind of fee.
